- Contact/enquiry data: name, email, phone number, social handle, and anything you message us

- Coaching data (clients): application/intake details, session notes, check-ins, and communications
Some coaching information may be health/wellbeing-related and treated as special category data.

- Respond to enquiries and book calls

- Assess fit, onboard you, and deliver coaching

- Communicate with you (email/WhatsApp/Instagram DM/phone as agreed)

- Manage payments (bank transfer), invoices, and records

- Comply with legal/tax obligations

We process personal data under UK GDPR using:

- Contract (to deliver coaching you request/purchase)

- Legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run the business)

- Consent (marketing where you opt in; and explicit consent for special category health/wellbeing data where required)

- Legal obligation (tax/accounting)

Who we share data with

We only share data where needed to run the business, such as with:

- Wix (website hosting)

- Google (email, forms, document storage)

- Notion (if used for coaching resources/notes)

- Zoom/Google Meet (video calls, if used)

- Bank (bank transfer records)
Providers may process data outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used.

How long we keep data

Typical retention periods:

- Enquiries/non-clients: up to 12 months

- Client records/notes: 6 years after coaching ends

- Accounting records: 6 years

- Marketing: until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent
